What exactly do you mean "We got the project setup from the client?" If that includes the EVARS.bat file then you need to change it. Copy the evarsSample.bat setup and add your folders to the end.
I would also switch to UNC pathing and only set the 4 basic folder locations 000 and ISO and MAC and PIC to see if it works. Work your other paths in one at a time.
