If PDMS says that it cannot find the license at the new office, you might have to delete the following registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FLEXlm License Manager\CADCENTRE_LICENSE_FILE
This will be stored in the registry as soon as PDMS is started for the first time on a machine(if the users have such access rights that they can write to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE), and after that it does not matter what your environmental variable says, it will use the registry entry.
