Plotviewer adds a margin around the plot, so when you print it through Plotviewer it will actually shrink the drawing to fit inside the printer margins.
I did not find any place to set margins to 0.
We do not use this Plotviewer application at our office, so I have to admit that there might be features I am unaware about.
