First error (Severity.....) is due to the fact that you do not have True Type Fonts installed for your project.
But this usually doesn't stop you entering Draft.
Second error....
You should run DICE (Database Integrity Checker) from the SDMIN module and see if you have any critical error in your Padd Database(s)
