  • [QUOTE=paragnewe;64337]Hello rbasniak,
    I have also this problem.

    in my case,
    We have two different projects,
one is with MM units (Project A) and another is with FINCH (Project B) .
Now for ''project A '' we set arc tolerance as 1 and for "project B" we set as 1/32 for smoother surface.

When we open "Project B" we can enter into design Module but after that If we want to enter in "Project A" it gives this error.
we tried all the ways. (deleteing temp files from aveva folder). but we cant able to enter into design.

Now again we have to go  "Project B" and set arc tolerance more than 0.1  (e.g.1/8).
after that only we can enter into "project A".

to overcome of this problem, there is one easy solution that for "project B" we can always use arc tol more than 0.1

but is there any other way to avoid this error  so that we can use two different arc tol. for different project?

    please give some solution

We are using PDMS 12.0 sp6 fix 32.

    Hey Prag,

In this case you should create two user folder (USERHOME / PDMSUSER), one to MM project and another do FINCH project.

If you use the same batch file to open both projects, you could create two shortcuts in your desktop and fill the "Start in" with user folder to each project.

It is to PDMS create the temp files separately, it is used to avoid the file to be corrupt.

    I hope it helps.

    Regards
