PSI works with all the projects. You just need to install it properly. As it requires specific UDAs.
I would suggest you to attend a training course or to read the installation manual carefully...

Sorry. I have probably misunderstood your first question.
When you install PSI, by default you will use C:\AVEVA\Plant\PSI12.0.SP6\psi.bat to run it.
Inside C:\AVEVA\Plant\PSI12.0.SP6\psievars.bat you have the pointers to the projects.
So this is where I would put my hands to add new pointers to the server stored projects.
But this is the standard installation....
Unfortunately I do not know the way PSI has been installed in your company...
Once you are inside PDMS you can try typing on the command line Q EVAR PDMSPSI...
Don't think Isogen is owned by Intergraph at least not the part AVEVA use as they have the rights to that... Coade who owned CeaserII are now owned by Intergraph but so far PSI still works with Ceasar II and PDMS..
PCF format I think is a neautral format that you can output from PDMS. this can be converted via a 3rd party and free peice of software into a format the Ceasar can read.. Saving the need for PSI.
However the workflow is diabolically convoluted and could be problematic. where as PSI is clean and quick as well as being relativly cheap. I once had a document on this which I may have got from this forum... ;)
...moreover AVEVA PSI gives you the possibility to send back to PDMS the stress cases from Caesar II !It is a two-way interface.
And this is very important to check clashes where the stress engineer has modified the pipe in Caesar II without knowing what's around it.
